Compensation
- Average Weekly Compensation:
$1,500.00 - $2,000.00
- Paid Weekly
- Bonuses Available!
* Up to $1,000 Monthly Truck Pay Monthly Bonus
* Up to $500.00 Quarterly Fuel Efficiency Bonus

- Paid Training
Training is generally 2 days and are paid at $200.00 per day.
- Downtime Pay available for downtime due to truck repairs.
Driver Qualifications
Drivers will need to meet the requirements below as well as pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be registered with FMCSA's new D&A Clearing House (https://clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/Register)
• 23 Years of Age
• 1 year of OTR/ Regional verifiable experience in the last 3 years or the same type of driving operation they are applying for
• Able to pass Federal D.O.T. Physical and Drug Screen
• NOTE: We will accept present long form physicals with 3 months or more remaining
• No alcohol related offenses in the past 5 years
• No more than one moving violations in the past 12 months
• No more than two moving violations in the past 36 months
• No DOT preventable recordable accidents within the past 12 months
• No history of reckless or careless driving in the past 36 months
• Experience with Manual Transmission preferred
• Flatbed/Open Deck Experience Preferred, however Vans are available
Flatbed / Open Deck
• Must have 6 months in the last 2 years to qualify for open deck OR
• If you have 6 months flatbed experience more than 2 years ago and less than 10 years ago, you can qualify for flatbed by attending a load securement awareness program during Orientation
Accidents
• No more than 1 preventable in last 12 months
• No more than 2 preventable in last 36 month Serious Safety Violations
• Will be reviewed on case-by-case basis
